Subscription Cancellation Policy

Face Jolt subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose (every 1, 2, or 3 months) and are charged to your saved payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

How to cancel: Cancel anytime from the “Manage subscription” link in your order confirmation and renewal emails, or from your account page at facejolt.com. You can also email support@facejolt.com and we’ll cancel it for you within 1 business day.

When it takes effect: Cancel at least 2 days before your next renewal date to avoid that charge. Cancelling stops all future renewals; orders already processed will still ship.

Reminders: We email you before each renewal so you have time to skip, pause, or cancel.

Refunds: Renewal orders that have already shipped follow our Return & Refund Policy.

No minimum commitment. There are no fees to cancel, pause, or skip a delivery.
