Refund policy

At Face Jolt, we want you to love your facial mist spray and feel confident in every spritz. We stand behind the quality of our products, but please review this policy carefully.

1. General Policy

We accept returns and issue refunds only under the conditions outlined below.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (or purchase date for in-store if applicable).

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

3. Eligible Returns

Gently Used Products: We may accept returns of gently used Face Jolt (e.g., tested with 1–2 sprays for patch testing or initial trial) if returned within 30 days, provided the bottle is at least 90% full and shows minimal use. Approval is at our discretion due to hygiene considerations.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, or damaged in transit).

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons (to prevent contamination and protect all customers), the following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been opened and used beyond gentle trial/testing (e.g., more than minimal sprays).

Products where more than a small amount has been dispensed.

Items returned without original packaging or with tampered seals.

Personalized, custom, or promotional items.

"Change of mind" returns after significant use.

Purchases made more than 30 days ago.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your Face Jolt arrives damaged, defective (e.g., faulty nozzle, contaminated/leaking), or not as described, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Provide photos of the issue and packaging.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at support@facejolt.com with:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos if claiming defect/damage

We will provide return instructions (including any pre-paid label if eligible) within 2–3 business days.

Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Once received and inspected (usually 3–7 business days), we will process your refund.

7. Processing & Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval and receipt/inspection.

It may take additional time (up to your card issuer's policy) for the credit to appear.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
